You HAVE to see this—because I took my very first pole fitness class and filmed (almost) the whole thing just for you
(Okay, like 90%… my SD card gave up before I did).
It was a 90-minute whirlwind of stretches, spins, and twerking—and I edited it down into 46 minutes of pure, unfiltered fun.
Spoiler alert: I am absolutely a wobbly baby deer trying to be sexy on a pole… and it’s hilarious.
We covered:
Dip spin, pirouette, mermaid, kitty litter (yes, that’s a real move), chair spin, front hook, fireman.
Some were graceful. Some were… less so. All were entertaining.
