Opened up a bit about the last couple of days. Slept through two days, missed the gym as I genuinely couldn't comprehend what was happening.
Tests showed high sugar and a magnesium deficiency, despite taking vitamins. Surprisingly, the real issue was my long dependence on Alprazolam and cocktails. Eight months and 14 days sober, but anxiety lingered. The true struggle? Fear of not sleeping led me to a high dose of melatonin, 10 mg, and Diazepam. Following the doctor's advice, I'm tapering off Diazepam, reducing melatonin, and embracing a magnesium boost. Hoping to return to a normal daily life. For now, managed 30 minutes on the stepper today. 🌙💤
