The longer the journey, the harder it gets. Everyone talks about staying sober, being clean, but no one tells you how to live with it. At some point, you find yourself alone in your sobriety, slowly losing connections with friends, and sometimes, they vanish entirely. It wasn't just a party or a night out it was days lost in the haze. I struggled with cocktails shots and … but also with pills for years. Even with 9 months of sobriety, I still face side effects. Depression lingers, mood swings persist. It's a long process of rehabilitation for my mind. Please understand that I'm forgetting to post, accept me as I am at this moment💖✨🫶
