Halo all, so meant to post this yesterday but let’s talk what I did last week. So I find announcements about my #fitnesschallenges seem to jinx me. So, thought I would try something I did ages ago, sorta why I chose to do #blackandwhite pics for this video. The challenge was a simple, so a minimum 20 minutes walk each day. By myself or with the dog. Happy to say that was a success. Made it out even on rainy days. But made sure to be out and get minimum 20 minutes. Now I will address the big part. Yes there was no gym, but there was being active and that’s what matters. So for this week yes I have a fitness goal, but I’m not going to announce it till Sunday, for now time to enjoying a sunny day.
