Halo all, day 6 of 31 is complete and I feel good about it. While yes I didn’t get as many #activeminites I usually get at the #gym Still made it in there to work even though I felt so drained and almost didn’t even wanna go I kept trying to make my #heartrate up and ideally I want it to be in the 140+ range so I tried mixing up the #incline and speed on the #treadmill. I got a few more minutes than yesterday and hey a few more is a few more So now it’s time to head home and get ready for tomorrow. If you all wanna end your day on a fun and exciting note.
