Halo all, so let me just start off by saying #merrychristmas to you all. I’m happy I made it for my Christmas workout and was more than happy to spread a little #holidaycheer in my gym. Only was able to make one set on the #stairmaster today. Thankfully all the errands and work I did after helped make up for it. Now on to the strength training, well only thing that felt odd was the back extension. It did hit the sore spot in my back but I made it through all 4 sets. I think next year it’ll be time for a new Santa beard. As for me, I’m now ready for my all night Christmas Eve tradition. The game #arkhamorigins and some #christmasmovies.
