Halo all, well took my #eveningwalk around a trail near my place. It was a really nice place and I wanna come back here when the weather is warmer and it’s daytime. Got my #covidvacccine today, and ended the day with an evening walk, good start to the weekend. Hope everyone else is having the same kind of great start. #cardio #farburn #weightlossjourney #weightlossmotivation #strengthtraining #swoleisthegoal #backupyourbullshit #fatguy #gymmotivation #seeitthrough #betteringmyself #progressnotperfection #happyplace #feelingstronger #shaketheblues #findyourcenter #onehealthclubs #canadastrongman #polarbearstrong #baldandstrong
