Halo all, well needed to get out and vent some energy after a very shitty day. And man did that help me keep a good pace for the walk. Took a nice walk at a neighbourhood near the dog park. Special pics here are pic 1 just love the look and feel. Like a beacon in lighthouse, though spiritually speaking some would say it is. Also pic 3 (just because it’s my dream house love the look of it). Hope everyone had a better day than me. #cardio #fatburn #weightlossjourney #weightlossmotivation #strengthtraining #swoleisthegoal #backupyourbullshit #fatguy #gymmotivation #seeitthrough #betteringmyself #progressnotperfection #happyplace #feelingstronger #shaketheblues #findyourcenter #onehealthclubs #canadastrongman #polarbearstrong #baldandstrong
