Halo all, holy hell let me say I’m feeling good and drained. I made it to the gym after already getting a good amount of cardio in today. But, my goal is to finish the month out and damn it I’m keeping on it So a couple things about this workout. Due to the cardio I already had I didn’t do anything past the #starionarybike because I did enough. I didn’t do me cable punches as i was already drained but it’s okay. As for the strength training I focused on more back than biceps and I had a little longer rests between sets But still made it in and still worked more energy off today. So time for rest for tomorrow’s workout.
