Halo all, so tonight was a mix of good news and bad news at the #gym. So let’s start with first bit of bad news and that was my favourite chest machine the pectoral has sadly been filtered out. We’re getting new machines during the massive renovations, still so excited to see the end results of the new gym. Next the good news, which was a weight increase for my #benchpress. We’re slowly creeping back to the triple digit mark. Tonight we made it through six sets of 85lbs. Which leads to the last bit of bad news. While I did made 6 sets on the bench press, sadly on one set was in the double digit range. Oh well, baby steps on the road back towards my goal So now we get ready for tomorrow which will be leg day.
