Halo all, well #fitbit didn’t make it through the walk. I was able to ball park the distance at around 4.16km added on tonight. Which hey is great as a check on the total shown is me on well over halfway towards the 100km goal. Hoping you all got out to enjoy this #sunnyday too 🙂. #cardio #fatburn #weightlossjourney #weightlossmotivation #strengthtraining #swoleisthegoal #backupyourbullshit #fatguy #gymmotivation #seeitthrough #betteringmyself #progressnotperfection #happyplace #feelingstronger #shaketheblues #findyourcenter #onehealthclubs #canadastrongman #polarbearstrong #baldandstrong
