Halo all, tonight was a great time at the #gym. As I was doing my #chestday I had a thought. I have never in my life done a full and legit #pushup. I mean it’s no shock looking at me, but still it’s something I’ve never done. So using the smith machine it’s part of a new goal to one day actually do one lol. I did sets today, but will probably add it to my stretches. Just so I can incorporate training in every workout. So now it’s time to head home, rest up, and get ready for leg day tomorrow.
