Halo all, well it has been ages since I posted one of these. A #homeworkout routine video and man was it hot…admittedly I cranked the heating in the room. Seems like a waste given today’s weather though :-p. Making this post, then going for a quick shower as I feel sweaty and gross. Then off to do my #eveningwalk.
