Halo all, today was a good day at the #gym. Now without a dog walk meant I had to do extra cardio here tonight. That ended up being 2 sets on the #elliptical and then to my #back/#biceps routine for strength training. My dumbbell curls were the only thing I wasn’t completely happy with but whatever Not every workout will be amazing, I didn’t get as many #activeminutes as yesterday. But still got enough to end the day on a good note.
