Halo all, and holy crap it’s freakin hot 🥵. Seriously I’m both a #bigguy and #canadian so I don’t handle a #heatwave well. But still made it out for tonight’s go. It’s getting easier to make the 4km #goal so I’m going to hopefully be back @onehealthclubs so I can focus on weights as well as walks. Hope you’re all having a great start to the week. #weightlossjourney #weightlossmotivation #strengthtraining #cardio #fatburn #swoleisthegoal #backupyourbullshit #fatguy #gymmotivation #seeitthrough #betteringmyself #progressnotperfection #happyplace #feelingstronger #shaketheblues #findyourcenter #onehealthclubs #canadastrongman #polarbearstrong #baldandstrong
