Halo all, first off possible seizures warning in the second video. Took the colour change landmark pic in slow motion but it looks fast with the tree behind it. Well today was not a fun day. Spend most of it nursing a crappy #headache and almost didn’t make my walk. Took a long time for it to settle down enough to head out. Thankfully my friend Marc came along and kept me motivated during the #nightwalk (first time it got dark during the walk). But, made it out and after a couple of Motrin and some fresh air I’m feeling fit as a fiddle (only feeling not looking lol).
