First off just wanna say it’s sooooooo awesome to be back at my gym. So this is my first of two posts tonight. I did my workout and truthfully was doing too much #egolifting. I just can’t handle the same weights I was prior to close. So have to cut a little. But will find the #rythm again. For now just great working #chestday at the #gym again.
