Halo all, here we are for another #weighin and it’s good news 😁. We start the week at 317.6lbs and getting ever so much closer to the below 300 mark. Now, last week no question was a lot better progress on my book than my training. I mean a few walks and 1 gym trip. Now this has to be rectified and handled better this week. While also making strides with #novel number 2. So today we are going to start the week with both a #dogwalk and a trip to the #gym.
