Halo all, and let me just say this Monday the #weighin had me super excited. I haven’t been this close to my 300 mark in years. We start this week at 312.8lbs and I’m just pumped. While yes I know my gym trips have sucked this month. My #walks have been helping a lot with this success. May 2025 has been an amazing month for me. I’ve made great strides with my weight loss, making personal growth with some meditation. And most of all released my first #novel so I’m feeling on top of the world. So I need to get ready for everything ahead of me today.
