Halo all, well I can say that even though it took a long time to get out for it. The first day of my #onehour walk challenge this month is off to a great start. Pic 4 brought back memories of the two nights I had to sleep there for a sleep apnea test. Tried that Darth Vader like respirator thing for one night. While it did help with the apnea thing. My throat was so dry in the morning it was practically sticking together 😖. But at least the rest of the #eveningwalk went great.
