Halo all, so let’s talk how this week is going. The bad part this week no question was that god awful #heatwave. The horse from Ren and Stimpy said it best “no sir, I don’t like it”. Now, let’s discuss all the good, first off while doing daily weigh ins, I had a number that I had to step on and off it 3 times to make sure I saw the number I saw. And I was beaming 😁. I couldn’t believe what I saw and it filled me with joy and confidence. Now, I admit my time in the gym has lacked the last couple of months. Especially the last couple of weeks. But outside of the heat I’m still getting out for #walks and keeping my #steps and #activieminutes. Now, I’m getting ready for the in person sale and signing at #gothamcentralcomics this weekend.
