Halo all, so here’s the #weighin to start a new week and new month. We start the week at 311.8lbs which, but let’s face it. Even with ozempic, lower portions, and supplements. One of the main reasons that this less than spectacular number. Was my lack of trips to the #gym. I’ve still been doing #walks but it’s not the same. So as it’s a new week and month need to get that fixed. And yes I mean today! Now on to the next part, update on the weekend. For my first convention this was a success I think. 1 book bought on Amazon, 1 bought through my website, 2 bought in person, and 1 donated to a raffle draw. Add a random celebrity encounter and it made for a great nerd networking weekend. I’m looking into doing another small convention soon.
