Halo all, well have to say super pooped after this one. It was not only my first time doing combo #legday and #shoulderday. But the first time I’d done a leg workout in ages. Not too bothered though the amount of walking I do these days I feel makes up for it. But man it’s still a killer #workout to do. Had a lot of stress and worry to vent today.
