Halo all, so first trip to the #gym in ages. Did my #chestday and I’m still getting used to the new #treadmill. Both the new machines, and getting to higher inclines on it. For now I’m just happy I made it back. And standing under that little wind tunnel spot made the nice cool off afterwards. Now it can’t stay but was nice for what it was. Now it’s time to get to work on my second book.
