Halo all, well great way to end the week. Rocking a #bicepday/#backday combo and got to say had a great rhythm and control on this one. Though to be fair (and sorry if this sounds like I’m bragging) bicep workouts are usually the ones I have best movement and form of. Still working on getting back into my full groove but slow and steady as they say.
