Halo all, we are done the first workout of the week and I’ll say the only thing I can say that wasn’t exactly great about it. For the #treadmill I did a walk/jog combo and after I left my left knee started to hurt a bit. Other than that it was a great #biceps/#triceps day and feeling delightful that I made it and started my week off coming here to the #gym. This is going to be a great week as I’m counting down till #fanexpo on Sunday 😊🤓 Meantime I’m heading home for more work on book 2.
