Halo all, I’m happy to start the week with a an awesome note. My weight to start the week with a new number. I start the week at 288.8lbs, we are now getting closer to my goal weight and I’m just happy beyond words at the moment. Now let me just say it’s been a struggle to make this kind of progress. It’s taken literally years to make this kind of progress. I’ve still got a long way to go, and many hurdles to overcome. But, I feel better about these results and the steps I’m taking.
