Halo all, well after my #morningwalk I made my way to the glorious #houseofgains @onehealthclubs. Did my #bicepday and #chestday routine and what a savage #heartrate I had going. Great burn as I was super setting every two exercises with 7 sets of each. I’m now officially pooped for the day even rescheduled my #blooddonation till next week I’m that #drained. Going to head home and catch some rest.
