Halo all, well feeling good today. On my #goldstarchallenge I got three today in the calorie department and procuring 122 active minutes over the course of the day. The #tricepsday/#chestday at the gym was the majority of that and damn did I feel good after this one. Not only a good workout but having no more capacity limit meant seeing more members at my gym so it was a nice feeling.
