Halo all, well as a #birthday tradition, I go for a #workout just see how the body handles being a year older. This time for #tricepsday/#chestday I did 4 exercises, but just kept doing #supersets. Holy **** was I drained by the end lol. Just kept myself going and my heart pumping.
