Well I just decided to take a moment and look into something. People of late have been concerned about my weight and rightly so. This pandemic isn’t to blame though the fault rests on my shoulders. So what does that mean for me? For starters I’ve decided and signed up for #noom I’ve heard enough about it to give it a shot. Secondly I have to be back to 4 days a week at #onehealthclubs with no excuses. Third I have to get back to walking everyday as I was feeling improvement when I was doing it. 4th I’m going to focus on my group I started on #facebook “the road to(o)”.
