Halo all, got to say I’m so excited to be back at my gym. Two awesome things for tonight 1) just being back in my #happyplace the glorious #houseofgains. And 2) getting on that scale and seeing now over the last month even without the gym I was able to loose 10lbs. I’m feeling super energized after this night. I’m going to ride this wave to my #victory this time I know it. I fully recommend the program #noom if you’re looking to work on your weight.
