Wednesday workout
Halo all, well had a great workout today. Was making up for not going Tuesday night and did my #backday and #bicepsday routine. An exercise I haven’t done in ages was the lifting of the weight plate (if you know what the name of that exercise is please tell me as I’m drawing a blank. But all in all was a #fantastic #workout today. Looking forward to Friday and back to getting on the right track.
