Hi everyone, I know it's been awhile since I posted. Trying to get back on track with that. So here's last Friday's post and should be posting the workout from tonight sometime tomorrow.
Halo all, super #pumped from tonight venture to the glorious #houseofgains. As I try to keep to Friday night was #legday/#shouldersday and was soooo thankful that my right arm didn’t freak out or impede my #workout. Really starting to love #romaniandeadlift for my leg day. And was able to add an extra 20lbs to it. Also speaking of pounds just over 28 lost in the last three months so I’m feeling super #awesome tonight.
