Halo all, well made it in for the #workout. Did the #chestday/#tricepsday and also adding some #physio exercises into it. I’m not going to lie, even though it’s an injury, I felt so weak and embarrassed as I was struggling with that 5lb weight. I know it’s something I shouldn’t, but it still made me feel like it’s something I’m being laughed at for. I know I’m not, that’s just years of insecurities talking but it still was a thought in my mind.
