Halo all, well made it to the #gym tonight. It was another night I struggled with finding the effort to go on but once again made it and beat my laziness another day. Was hard to find the right #mindset in their tonight as I had a lot of #negativethoughts running through my head. But working my #backday and #bicepsday I pushed through and was able to push most of those thoughts out of my head.
