Halo all, well sadly the #benchpress goal for the night was not concurred. But, I’d rather know that I can’t do it because of recovery rather than just unable. I’m not going to screw my arm up just to act like I can do something. Meantime, I focused on my #chestday and #tricepsday routine and did make a killer #workout tonight. Fail at one part but totally crushed another. For now just going to get better and strong. My time will come and my body will be ready for the bench press one day.
