Halo all, well I am so happy I dragged my ass to the #gym tonight. With the shitty day I had it helped really make for a great reason to go. With the right #motivation you can use the gym to make the bad day better. So I made it for my #backday/#bicepsday and wow this shitty day made for an awesome #workout. Great burn, good rhythm, and most of all the good kind of #soremuscles. Looking forward to some rest before I face the new day.
