Halo all, to say I crushed todays #workout would be an understatement. I tried on whim just as before with my squats I tried my first shot at a 225 #deadlift. And with that said…YES! I’m on top of the world today. That 2/3 of my latest major #fitness goal. One more to go for an end of year try. Which truth be told I am not entirely sure I will make. But… That doesn’t mean I’m not gonna damn well try. Squats? Success. Deadlift? Victory.
