Halo all, I must say I feel amazing after this #legday #shouldersday. I was so tired by the end of it I felt I could’ve passed out on the gym mats lol. But more importantly I made great strides I felt. With my squats I made 11 sets and I’m damn sure I’ll feel that in the morning :-p. Going home for a post workout steak and then to relax before tomorrow.
