Halo all, well I can say this #legday and #shouldersday workout was amazing. I felt so happy with tonight’s results. I made sure with my squats to do two weights. One focusing on weight the other focusing on depth and reps. Hoping this leads to the really sore in the morning feels. One more day this week and that’s my cardio day which…blah lol.
