Halo all, well it’s done again. That dreaded day known as #cardioday. I tried the agility ladder and holy shit that is a mountain I’m not ready climb lol. So I swapped it for the #stairmaster and I lasted…3 damn minutes 😣. Still made it and I tried to do a #cooldown set tonight and hey was nice to just be on the bike and move at a calmer pace. I think this is how my #cardiodays will go just adding medicine ball and sledmill in occasionally to spice it up. Thankfully back to the fun stuff my next #workout and then I’ll feel eager and happier in the #houseofgains.
