Halo all, and we start #2023 with a great #workout. Made it in for my #backday and #bicepsday workout and was happy with myself for two reason. 1) I felt I did a workout that will hopefully set the tone for the year ahead. 2) kept up with the tradition of a workout on #newyearsday so feeling a little accomplished for the start. Going to now work on plans for the week on both the workout schedule and meal prep ideas.
