Halo all, well first #cardioday of the year is done. Feeling okay about it, one thing I was thinking about while in the gym tonight. Was new faces, the people who start their year off by joining the gym. Now, one thing I will say, is I know the statistics. A lot of people quit the #gym a month or two after joining. I think a little pay it forward goal should be set by not only me but everyone. If you see a new face in your gym, extend a hello, show them what an awesome and welcoming new place it can be. Make them want to stay and come back to the glorious #houseofgains, there were quite a few who did this for me when I had my timid days. Show people what a great place to grow the gym can be, maybe even make a new friend or two.
