Halo all, yay! I am done #cardioday. I’m going to admit the intro video I made hyped me up a bit. Now that seated #bike I did…not again that thing is not comfortable to me. So made up for it on #eliptical and the between set #walks. Not as many active minutes as yesterday but still a great #workout tonight.
