Halo all, well today was a fun #backday/#bicepsday. Working the #pyramid system on my #bicepcurls was a great idea. Felt a good burn working them today. Also happy I got week one fully complete of my #code345 and feel a little accomplished by doing this. Now just to finish the remaining two weeks and we’ll set the next challenge to go by.
