At One Health Clubs Oakville — Halo all, well had a pretty good #shouldersday/#tricepsday at the #gym. Decided for something for my workout today I wanted to see just how long I could go on the #elliptical. Now I wasn’t going to go to an hour…unless I actually made it. Which, sadly i didn’t, still did okay. As for the rest, I’m going to up weight on my #skullcrushers next round and I got a good burn in my shoulder sets. Looking forward to what else we can get done we can the rest of the week.
