Halo all, well that was an amazing #workout today. I had a lot of energy to get out and get it out I did. Made it in to work some time on the #bike and the #elliptical. Then did a lot of work with my #chest as well. I found the elliptical the best for letting my mind wonder. As for the rest of the workout I had a great pump with the #benchpress today. Had many good sets and now I’m heading home to handle my chores.
