Halo all, that was a great day. First time in ages I made it to the #gym four days this week. For today I did make time on the #stationarybike and the #elliptical. And for the weights today I worked my #triceps and #shoulders. Been awhile since I did them so was due for it. As for the coming week it will be good to mix gym, and a slow move out of the condo. Moving already a pain in the ass. But, hey at least it’ll be a good bit of calories burned.
