Halo all, well doing the new #boxing exercises felt a few motivational words from #RockyBalboa would be more than appropriate for today. Now, how was the #workout? Well it was good to try something new. Though, I do feel I need to talk to staff or trainers at the #gym as I know my form needs work. Next the cardio for the day was great. Iām starting to get used to the #treadmill, before the month ends I wanna hit a new 5 minute marker goal. Aside from that, looking forward to what else I can do this week to test myself.
